How to make braised prawns?

1. Use a knife to open the back of the shrimp line, remove the shrimp head and shell.
2. Rinse well with water.

3. Cut the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.
4. Add small oil to the pan and heat it up.
5. Add the prawns and stir fry.
6. Pour cooking wine and vinegar.
7. Add soy sauce and stir fry.
8. Pour in an appropriate amount of water and add a small spoonful of sugar.
9.Small fire collecting juice out of the pan
10. Serve on the table
